Poured into a shaker showing moderate filtration and caramel brown. The nose is slightly sweet with light tropical hops. The palate is lightly carbonated with a medium body. Big vegetal notes of green peppers and lettuce showing throughout with a light bitterness on the end. Upon warming up, light malts begin show.

A hazed golden amber ale with a thin creamy lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light coriander and curacao, grassy hops, light mineral notes, light candy sugar, pleasant. On tap at Beer Culture NYC.

Bottle at Beer Culture with MaxxDaddy and his wife, and jredomond. Hazy to cloudy golden orange color, white head. Aroma of dusty white pepper. Taste is lightly funky, slightly medicinal spice and straw.

Nice Belgian style yeast flavors are complimented by a bit of funk and some slightly fruity hops as well. I enjoyed this one. Nice beer.
