Snowtown brings the third atmospheric chapter to our series — after the foggy Fogtown and rainy Raintown comes a full-on snowstorm in the form of a modern New England IPA. We used a combination of Krush, NZ Cascade, Mosaic Hyperboost, Krush Cryo, and Amarillo, creating a fruity profile bursting with citrus, mandarin, orange zest, tropical fruit, peach, and a touch of resin. A vibrant, juicy NEIPA that captures the chill and charm of winter in every sip.
Snowtown přináší do naší série třetí atmosférický kousek – po mlhavém Fogtownu a deštivém Raintownu přichází sněhová vánice v podobě moderní New England IPA. Použili jsme kombinaci chmelů Krush, NZ Cascade, Mosaic Hyperboost, Krush Cryo a Amarillo, která vytváří ovocný profil, který hned připomene citrusy, mandarinky, pomerančovou kůrů, tropické ovoce, broskve a pryskyřici. Snowtown je voňavý, šťavnatý a nebezpečně návykový doušek zimní atmosféry.

Tap at BeerGeek Bar, with Gurthnar. Huh, I though I would perhaps miss it, as I was away while it was fresh, missed its tap rotation, but figures BGB would dig up a random keg of a Sibeeria special after it disappears elsewhere. Murky full yellow body, off-white head. Big grapefruit and stone fruit aroma, hugely fruity, excellent. Smooth, creamy taste, limp citric and stone fruit notes, some vegetal notes, a bit herbal - huh - Adam V mentioned it had over-extracted hops and man, it makes sense. Okay, it's not the freshest by now (though not old), and some flaws are showing.

Med bod, med-high carbo. Med-high bitter, med zesty. Light cereal maltiness. Med-high citrusy, orangey hops character, blood orange. Med-light general exotic vibe. Tasty, drinkable, good, interesting even.

Hazy yellow golden color with white head .Aroma of tropical fruit, zest, grapes. Taste is hop centered with tropical fruits, oranges, zest. Good beer.

# 4835; 12/2025. Fruity, peach aroma. Yellow murky body, white head. Peach, sweet white grapes, citrus. Very good NEIPA. 0,3 l, draught, taproom, Prague.
