St-Feuillien Cuvvee de Noel is brewed at the end of the year. It is a festive ale full of flavor with a warm, amber glow. Refermented in the bottle, this ale is matured for several months in our cellers, lending it a delicate aroma, remarkable body, and naturally rich head. It is full of sumptuous, exciting contrasts.

750 ml bottle. Sampled Dec 2025. Pours a deep dark reddish brown with moderate head. Aromas of candi sugar, dark fruit, toffee, a bit of minerals, a bit of Christmas spice and toasty, almost bready malts. Flavors of sweet dark fruit, Christmas cake, a bit of additional Christmas spice and bready malts. Fruitier and sweeter than previous years. Excellent.
