We brewed a Russian Imperial Stout and immediately put some of it in full sized rum barrels!
The result is Oaky rummy goodness in your glass! Look for dark chocolate, liquorice, and coffee notes with an overarching rum theme.
At 11.3%, this is a very dangerously drinkable RIS, so take it easy! Or don't, but make sure you have a safe ride home!!!
