Brewed with locally roasted Orinoco Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee, Centennial, Galaxy and Azacca hops, this Brown IPA displays a hazy brown color with an off-white head. Aromas of citrus fruit, floral hops and coffee come through on the nose. The flavor profile comes through lightly roasted, with some subtle tropical fruit notes and a firm hoppy backbone.

On cask at Paradiso Georgetown, pours a watery brown with some slim, white head. Nose has some coffee, vegetal, some malt, a little potpurri. Flavor has watery coffee, some faint cola, a little bread crust, quite a bit of green bell pepper. Watery finish. Not the greatest.

Draft at Meridian Pint. Hazy to cloudy brown color, tan head with solid lacing. Aroma of brownies dipped in coffee. Taste has beeriness up front, with malted milk balls and cocoa, subtle background of coffee body and mouthfeel are preserved, not extra lite like many coffee beers. Well done.
