This DDH IPA is a refined take on the classic Hazy style, with a complex aroma that's anything but a simple fog. You'll find a medley of red berries, a handful of sweet jelly beans, and a juicy burst of peach. These vibrant flavors are all thanks to a hefty dose of Citra and Simcoe in the whirlpool, followed by a powerful dry-hop of HBC 630, Simcoe, and HBC 522.
Thanks to a tweaked malt profile, it has a fluffy mouthfeel that's incredibly soft and smooth.
This is simply pure hop perfection.

Can. A mild haze on this yellowish gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a little dry, reasonable fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Somewhat thin bodied pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness, not that satisfying. Hops bring cooling pine. Light bright piney hops, light juicy citrus. HBC630 candy fruits. Little candy watermelon. Light finish. Hmm. Quite an amusing brew. HBC522 has been an experimental hop forever. I think it was new and interesting in its day, still is to a degree but, has been caught up by other hops. HBC630 remains a outlier candy fest of a hop. Good fun if used wisely. Overall this a light and quirky IPA that is perhaps just a little bit the wrong side of the top sweet line.

Earthy & herbal aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth & creamy with a clean back.
Light malt, oats, yeast & citrus tastes with a tangy finish.
Well balanced - Tasty.
