We used some new experimental techniques and super saturated hop terpenes on this new hazy DIPA. We get ripe mangoes, punchy passionfruit, peaches, pears and a super nice creamy mouthful. Join us as we continue exploring our favorite hazy IPA techniques.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Near clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Hops are, well, confusing! Pear, candy fruits, floral apple, ripe berry fruits, a fair dose of strawberry. Light finish. What the... Appreciate this is an experimental brew but, for me, not easily identifiable as a DIPA. Finishes light and with a reasonable dose of hop spice. More strawberry lingers on. A tasty but pretty confusing affair.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 16/12/2025.
Hazed golden orange topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is sweet tropical fruits, melon, sugar gummy sweets, passionfruit.
Taste comprises watermelon, grass, gummy bears, passionfruit, guava.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness.
Okay ... a little overly sweet and sugary ... whenever I rate a hoppy beer from this brewery I don't expect to be wowed!
