Draught at Bryggerifestivalen. Shared with Finn. Unclear dark golden body. Moderate mid-sweet aromas, toffee-like. Taste of caramel cake. Drying close, rather sweet. Something else, and drinkable. (Trondheim, 08.08.2026).

Can. Feels very artifical at first, but after a few seconds, it still feels artificial. Not as much as in the very beginning though. Some lactose, as well as caramel and fruityness. Sure not a winner. 44447 260220

Can from Gulating. Unclear golden body under a big, foamy white head. Aroma has some malt with distinct brown cheese/caramel. Taste is smooth with malt and brown cheese, medium sweet lactose and moderate bitter. Without knowing this is brown cheese, it could easily go for mild caramel or toffee. Actually, a pretty balanced pastry beer at only 4,7 % ABV. Unusually, fun and quite drinkable.
