Pour at State of Orgin. Pours a clearish gold with a 2 fingers of foam that lingers. Tart grain, honey, sourdough bread and lemon aromas. Smooth, crisp and clean on the palate, with good carbonation. More tart lemon and faint bready malts. Peppery yeast and a light bitter finish that lingers. Crushable saison.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a mildly opaque pale gold body that supports a semi tight bright white head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting grainy malts, lemon like citrus and some floral hops. The taste delivers with a punch of tartness followed quickly by grainy bready malts that reign in the tartness a bit. Behind that lurks citrus lemon and grapefruit notes and a dash of spicy saison like yeastiness. Very nice crisp summer beer.

Draft at the Great Nebraska Beer Festival. Cloudy yellow color, massive white head. Aroma of fruity, peppery lemon drops. Taste is fruity and juicy citrus. Very tasty.

A lightly hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma,, sweet fruity malt with loads of lemon, lactic acid, green apples apple skin, interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with tart apples, light lemony notes, fruity esters, super refreshing and pleasing. On tap at brewery.
