Pale, slight haze. Dry, appley, a bit strong, the alcohol comes through a fair bit.

On tap at AleSmith, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma has gentle sugars and crisp apple skins. Flavour is nearly bone dry, with lots of dry, crisp apple skins, gentle acidity, and a hint of toffee. More complex than a typical dry cider, but nothing extraordinary.
