0,3l from tap at the brewpub. Amber hazy color, small white head. smells spices, earthy, bit old hoppy, cat pee. Ok smell, smells a bit oldish. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes creamy, earthy, toffee, Marzipan, light coffee, roasty. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium bitter with notes of toffee, earthy and roasty notes. Actually nice to drink but a bit weird, lacking freshness is noticeable, but not a problem for me on the taste, still drinks rather harmonic, once it warms light veggie notes come through, overall drinkable, would have been nice to have this fresher

330 ml bottle from the brewery vending machine. Dark amber body, with a big, cremay, beige head.
Aroma of bread, caramel, toast, grass, citrus, some pine. Tastes similar.
Quite creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, bready, toasty, moderately hoppy, grassy, with slight pine.
Quite unusual style example, more like a red ale or something, with a strong malt base and the hops more in the background. Still pretty quaffable, enjoyed this more than their regular IPA.

Trübe orange bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hopfiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hopfig, fruchtig. Mittlere bis hohe Süße mit hoher Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
