Benannt nach dem bekannten Roman bzw. Film über das Leben der Holly Golightly 💃kommt hier ein Sauerbier mit ordentlich Keks-und Biskuitaroma 🥐🫓 gepaart mit ein paar fruchtigen Beerennoten 🫐🍓.
Das ganze ist recht intensiv und durchaus aromatisch, aber nicht besonders harmonisch -besonders in Kombination mit dem Sauerbier als Basis.
Klassisches cooles Projekt, das noch einiges an Arbeit braucht.
