Our freshest WCIPA to hit the lineup showcasing our love of Southern Hemisphere hops and Mosaic. This WCIPA focuses on bright tropical notes and less pine/resin. We lean heavy on Mosaic, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Superdelic, and Krush Cryo for flavors comprising of dragonfruit, overripe kiwi, and pink grapefruit mimosas. A light and lean body that drinks super dry and leaves the next sip in view before you even hit the finish line.

Half pour draft in a Kolsch type glass at Alma Mader Brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is clear golden with a small white head. The aroma is fresh hop, resin, hint of onion, body odor and then tropical fruits. The taste is the resin onion up front, quickly followed by bright tropical grapefruit and finishes crisp and dry with more of the resin. The palate is medium to light bodies, active carbonation level and the crisp resin and softly mineral finish. Nice one.
