Dans la vie, il ne faut pas se reposer sur ses acquis et savoir prendre des risques en empruntant des chemins boueux parsemés d’embûches et d’inconnu.
Donc Smoothie oui, mais pas Sour puisque nous nous sommes cette fois-ci mis en tête de nous aventurer dans le style Stout en mode « gros sale ».
Niveau fruitance nous avons balancé une sorte d’équivalent de Pina Colada (Ananas, Banane et Noix de Coco) qui va de paire avec la base mêlant à la fois chocolaté et torréfié.
Comme d’hab’, ce Smoothie qui pourra traumatiser les âmes sensibles est composé à 50% d’une base de bière, et à 50% de fruits. Quand on aime on en compte pas…
Bref, la disruption c’est notre passion !
Grains: Pilsner, Cara Munich 3, Chocolate Blé, Carafa Special 3
Houblon: Idaho 7
Levure: Philly Sour
Autres: Purées d'Ananas, de Banane, et de Noix de Coco.

Canned 440ml. -from BeerLovers Shop Liege, shared with Hrabren & Marko. Ugly undefiend grey/brownish coloured, medium sized airy head, banana and pineapple puree in the nose. Sweet and artificial banana and pineapple taste with some odd spicy sweet finish. Not so thick but still awful.

Can, thx Ogi for sharing with Hrabren and me. Or thanks? Yeah no, I'm not adding this as a bloody stout. Grey-brown body, grey-tan head, Hrabren getting a dark brown layer between the head and the body. Banana aroma, bit yeasty... okay. Bit watery body, some roasty, nutty touches, banana and coconut, low pineapple... flat... Huh... this is just mediocre.

0.44 l can thanks to Ogi who brought it from France, shared with Marko and him. Hazy off-white with some kind of oil floating between the body and head and with large off-white Eurocrem colour head. Aroma is banana, coconut, vanilla, hint of chocolate and nutty spread. Flavour is rip banana, coconut, pineapple, cocoa, some yoghurty tartness, even some astringency. Medium body. Sweet finish.
