It's weird.. it's like a malty amber. Like a bourbon barrel that only day in there one night. Like an amber took a time out in a smokehouse

Pour is more of a watery brown ale with a large white head. Aroma is toasted grain and a bit of sweet caramel malt and some hops I guess. Flavor is Again a grain and it's sweet but not as sweet as I thought it was going to be. Hops are there more in a bittering way than for flavor. It's malty but that is to be expected.

Can. A- Caramel, dark fruits, slightly sweet. A- Amber color, clear liquid, white head. T- Sweet caramel, cream, fruity. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, smooth finish. O- For an amber ale, this had a nice sweetness and some fruitiness to it. Not just a bready, malty, boring beer.

On tap. Pours a clear deep amber with an off-white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of grass and earthy grains with a bit of sweetness backing. Flavor has earthy sweet grains and toffee with a bit of grass towards the finish.

Can - thanks soonerchamps. Pours a dull amber/caramel color with a small sandy head. Herbal aroma with malt, citrus, and rye. Not overly sweet or floral and I wouldn’t call it hoppy. Has an herbal feel to it, perhaps rye again. Earthy comes to mind.

On tap at Tapwerks OKC. Pours a dark amber with a small frothy white head with good sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is floral hops and citrus. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet malt and carmel with a nice crisp finish. Easy to drink, a very good amber from Coop.

Growler pour courtesy of BlueOkie. Pours ruby red – amber with meek white head. The aroma is malty, roasty and red apple to plum fruity too. The taste is pretty thin in body bringing up hoppiness from citrus, spice and earthiness. I also get malts and slight roastiness around the edges. Nice stuff. It ends better than it started as the flavors grew on me.
