A completely dry cider made from a blend of six American apple varieties sourced from Wisconsin orchards. The taste is very dry, crisp, just a bit tart, and lightly effervescent. Named for the Starkweather Creek that runs through Madison, it truly stands in stark contrast to any current cider offerings on the market.

Draft at Brasserie V. Extra pale yellow color, fluffy white head that settles quickly. Bright fruit aroma. Taste has lightly tart and lemony apple skins, dry finish. Tasty.
