A crisp & tart wheat ale brewed with 30% malted wheat, spiced with locally grown lilacs & naturally soured in our horizontal lacto tank; aged on 150 pounds of fresh, locally-grown blueberries (Westmoreland Berry Farm (Oak Grove, Virginia)), then finished with more lilacs & a touch of lavender; beautifully balanced, with floral & fruit-forward notes in aromatic harmony.

Draft at the source. Cloudy pinkish yellow color, thin white edge head. Nice aroma of floral fruity perfume. Taste is earthy berries, very subtle and understated. Good one.
