Draft at GTMW. pretty much black color, tan head. Aroma of roasty cocoa, pine. Taste is bitter coffee and unsweet chocolate. Nice.

Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours near black with a dark fluffy brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a combination of dark grains, roasted malts and earthy pine. Flavor is dark grain forward with earthy pine and roasted malts in the finish.
