Bottle. Pours pitch black with a small mocca head. Aromas of sweet alcoholic notes, strong roast, coffee, caramel, fudge, licorice. Taste is pretty roasted up front, sweet barrel notes, coffee, licorice, savory notes. Very nice!

12oz bottle pours out a black topped with a tan head. Nose is bourbon barrel roast malts coffee and chocolate. Taste is more of the nice bourbon barrel vanilla roast malts coffee chocolate.

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes or roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, caramel, vanilla and alcohol. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, chocolate, coffee, caramel and vanilla finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Im Geruch und Antrunk weiche Noten von Kaffee, wenig Vanille, milde Süße. Weich holzige Noten, weiche Bitterkeit, trocken, sehr süffig. Weiter Kaffee, etwas brotig. Gut. 10/11/12/12/11/12

Bottle. Tasted blind. Nose is chocolate sauce, soy, fudge, berries, spices. Sweet berry falvor, blueberry and blackberry, from the brandy I suppose. Prickly, peppery, bitter finish. Don’t get wood, but the brandy give a huge fruit character.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy irregular beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: some green banana, some vegetables, chocolate, sweet malts. MF: soft carbon, full body, smooth creamy texture. Taste: sweet start, lots of chocolate, alcohol, mocha, some coffee. Aftertaste: sweet, sour apples, alcohol, lots of chocolate, mocha, some coffee.

dark brown, almost black colour, minimal creamy brown head, which disappears fully and very quickly; aroma of coffee, herbal notes, liqueur, hints of burnt wood, maybe minimal vanilla; taste is the same with spicy notes and alcohol; great, as always
