Hazy DIPA with Strata®, Nelson Sauvin™ & Nectaron®
The texture is rich with a balanced drinkability; pillow-soft & cream-forward. We've used Amplifire™ oil & pellets, from Clayon Hops, to achieve peak Nelson character with some Strata CGX™ & Hyperboost™ for a big boost of sticky strawberry. Nectaron brings a tropical richness with hints of ripe pineapple.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this yellowish gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, a little dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, quite sweet but the thinnish body holds it in check. Nectaron and Nelson marrying up well here. Juicy stone fruits sit well with the decent winey grape of the Nelson. Mild soft skunk. Another recent good showing of Nelson, 75% or the hop it once was, which is much better than it has been for many years. Yeah, the 2 sit well together and make this dipa a rather special affair.
