In the early 1930's, the state of Wisconsin operated 119 fire towers, perched over the treetops to spot smoke and fire.
The towers averaged about 100 feet high and were a critical part of fire protection.
72 remained in service until they were taken out of service in 2016.
Many of them still stand.

Aroma's are dark malt, roast and hints of coffee, Coco and molasses. Flavors are similar to nose, adding in some smoke. Just right body and carbonation for the style. Very nice.
