Dark brown, medium head. Deep chocolate, fruity, boozy, dark fruits, tons of barrel. Fuck yeah that’s good.

On tap at South O, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of intense bourbon barrels, followed by vanillin, oak, and sticky dark sugars. Flavour is dominated by huge bourbon barrels, followed by vanilla, sticky sugars, and butterscotch. Wonderful bourbon barrel expression. Tends toward the brutal side, but there’s so much depth that it doesn’t matter. Lovely.
