a hazy double india pale ale dry-hopped with galaxy, mckenzie, citra cryo and mosaic hyperboost
Brewed with water from our wells along with 84% local ingredients
Something Changed. Or maybe nothing changed? I think we can agree that we’ve all changed a little, and also continue to do so. Change can certainly be beautiful and we think this offering in this dubby hazi boi series is a perfect example of a glorious change in our brewing style. We’ve spent a lot of time learning from some of the best who do it, and we think it shows.
Mashed with a mindful blend of local pilsner malt, flaked and malted oats, malted wheat and a touch of raw wheat. Fermented with our house favorite low flocc yeast strain for a turbid appearance and luxurious mouthfeel. Using the glorious tool box of modern day hops, this iteration was intensely hopped with a bursting tropical and citrus-forward blend of t90 galaxy and mckenzie along with more modern citro cryo and mosaic hyperboost.
Maybe something has changed and one sip of this double hopped juice bomb and we are sure you’ll be glad we did.

Single from Appalachian, $5.22, feels pricey. Mojito glass at home.
Pale orange hazy, thin head.
Veggie, tropical, green strawberry, funky papaya/pear sweet nose.
Super soapy, no joke. Hyper grapefruit, apple hooka, pie spice, thick coating, veggie bitterness. The nasty soapiness dies down in scale as it warms, but how did no one notice this cold? Low onion thankfully.
ABV warmth, nice acidity, slurry, very bright.
Decent.
