A traditional kettle sour conditioned on raspberries for a bold wheat that is tart on the initial taste but finishes on the juicier side.

16 oz. Can thank you tfontana for the share. Aroma bold raspberries, soft pie crust. Flavor follows. It is sweet and tart at the same time. Soft vanilla. But it makes sense that it has lactose. Good mouth feel and body.

Can pour from Friar Tuck, Crestwood. Clear, reddish brown, persistent ring of head, trace lacing. Aroma is strong raspberry, vanilla, mild pastry. Taste is strong raspberry--more sweet than tart--vanilla. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.
