5.6% DDH West Coast Pils (badge says 6!)
A scaled-up version of the PCP base recipe, fermented to 5.6% and double dry hopped with Strata CGX and Riwaka (5 kg each). The beer also features Motueka hop kief in place of the usual Riwaka kief, adding a fresh citrus dimension. Brewed in collaboration with Galway Bay Brewery.
Tasting Notes: Subtle citrus (lemon/lime), unripe strawberry, mild passionfruit, green tea.

Almost clear golden yellow topped with a white cap.
Nose is grass, stone fruit, pale malts, citric tinged straw, guava.
Taste comprises airy malts, stone fruit, pine needle, grass, dank chimes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with resinous Riwaka fuelled hop bitterness.
Solid crushable IPL.
