On tap at Lost Cause, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma is full of wildflower honey, subtle bourbon, and floral notes. Flavour is complex, with soft wildflower honey, soft bourbon, and gentle booze. Nice honey expression, with the buckwheat accentuating, and the bourbon imparting a soft influence. Excellent.
