Medium amber-brown. The fruit, it’s big here, tart, vanilla, rich, huge sugar and juicy fruit.

Bottle at Lost Cause, pours a deep dark mahogany. Aroma has tart cherries, some jam currants, a touch of maple syrup, and treacly honey. Flavour is tart and jammy, with intense currants, jammy tart cherries, vanilla, and honey nectar. Wonderful jamminess, just enough tartness, sweet but not cloying. Beauty.
