A tripel threat of flavor: Golden and effervescent, bursting with notes of bubblegum, citrus, and pear esters, clove-like spice, and a dry champagne finish. Smooth enough to sip all night, strong enough to wreck yo self.

Hudson draught, 2/26/26.
Not boozey, with a bit of vegetal character and no crude esters or phenols. White pepper and honey-like notes with easygoing Belgian character.
Fruity, spicy, rather light and slightly watery. Not a huge fan of pumping these things full of candi sugar or whatever they used to achieve this ridiculously high abv and way too light of a body. But it's been fermented and aged well and is neither crude nor sharp/boozey.
