Draft at the source. Clear golden yellow color. Aroma of straw and lemon. Taste is sour straw.

Tap at Next Door. Hazy orange-tan. Foamy off-white head. A steady, pronounced peppery, flowery Saison yeast tone, biscuity graham cracker malt undertones. Pretty straight up, not a high ABV, but drinks like a full bodied Saison more than a table one. Touches of banana, but more peppery dryness. A little biting, Not bad.
