A few seconds of cream-tan head over redbrown highlighted black beer. Nutty, dark sweet bread, Pumpernickel with some smoke; ironoxyde and rust. Sweet bread, green broadleaved herb, and a faintly oxydized nutty flavour. Bit of nutmeg and other X-mas spices, brown sugar and finally cinnamon. Quite chewy & well-bodied; medium carbonation. Powerful. Sweet, unusual and far from bad.

Black colour with medium beige head.Aroma of licorice and coffee nice roasted and toasted mild and light creamy taste with hint of dark drid fruit to.

500ml can. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, small to average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, dark beige head. Roasty and slightly chocolately, dark malty as well as grassy and minimally fruity aroma, notes of dark chocolate, bison grass, a touch of plum. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately and slightly roasty, dark malty, grassy and slightly fruity, notes of dark chocolate, bison grass, some plum.
Creamy to viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Wonderful composition, that bison grass is an excellent match - very good!
