Draft. Clear golden yellow color, thick white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of funky white pepper. Taste is raw sourdough bread and ligt citrus. Decent.

At all pints north. Pretty sure this is a biere de garde. Dry malt, some yeast and a clean finish. Yellow colpr, some haze. Characteristically Be Gian, some sweetness, more than the last time I tried it. Decent beer.

On tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has notes of bread, rye, earthy fruits and a bit of Belgian yeast. Flavor a nice rye note backed by grain, Belgian yeast and a bit of grass.

12oz bottle. Soda like head on of a slightly hazy orange-tan body, a touch of murky grey. Pretty shabby, not sure where they get off acting like it is an authentic quality version. Pretty much tastes like an unrefined Saison of a few years past with some rye in it. Drinkable, fits into the Door County line up well enough. There is some depth here..kind of has a Bierre de Garde thing going on. Grew on me a little as drank it. OK.
