For the second leg of its journey, this sour red ale spent years barrel aging until 2025 when we bottled it, beginning its third and final leg of conditioning.

Great flanders red. Sour plum and cherry. Maybe a little blackberry. Pours muddy maroon with decent head. Tart finish. Great balance on this one. Bottle at brewery.

Short pour at the brewery. Looks sexy as hell. Starbright garnet with a cap of beige head. Malt, malt vinegar and cherry nose. Flavor has cranberry too. Nice minerality. Dry. Tart. 9 7.5 8 8 8
