For the second leg of its journey, this sour red ale spent years barrel aging until 2025 when we bottled it, beginning its third and final leg of conditioning.

Short pour at the brewery. Looks sexy as hell. Starbright garnet with a cap of beige head. Malt, malt vinegar and cherry nose. Flavor has cranberry too. Nice minerality. Dry. Tart. 9 7.5 8 8 8
