This ultra pale, characterful and traditional German-style pilsner is brewed with a decoction mashed and hopped with hallertau. Give it a slow pour right down the center of the glass to build a long-lasting, jiggly stand of foam.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: clear golden yellow color with a finger and a half of white foamy head; this dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light tones of grassy to floral to earthy hops with a clean cracker malt base
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweet quality; finishes semi-floral to grassy hopped with the clean malts
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to medium, very sessionable; sturdy smoothness along the tongue with a hint of dryness.
Overall: a very nicely done German pilsener I would welcome again.

From Beer Drop, no dating on the can.
It pours a mostly clear pale gold with over a finger of foam. Excellent lacing and retention.
The smell is noble hops with some spice to them, toasted malt, floral.
The taste is the lovely noble hops, toasted malt, crisp spicy dry and very drinkable.
Medium bodied with medium carbonation, I would drink this again, no problem.
