Named for our favorite benevolent Klingon aboard the Starship Enterprise, this dunkelweizen is rich in refreshing biscuity melanoidin notes from Munich and Wheat malts, brewed in a traditional German decoction method.
The delightful banana notes and a mild hint of cloves from the hefeweizen yeast pair well with the hint of chocolate flavors coming from the malts, resulting in an especially balanced and crisp seasonal variant of our hefeweizen.
