The advent of our pilot kit landing in Polly’s HQ has meant that our brewers can really flex their brewing muscles to test recipe ideas that can be as vast as their imaginations allow.

With this string added to their bow, we can really focus on beers beyond the standard pale and hoppy path we’ve forged and founded ourselves on, and our Fig & Cherry Imperial Stout has this concept in swathes.

With a huge addition of fresh morello cherries and figs, this beer has huge dark chocolate and raisin notes that befit the style, with more mellow fruits lying underneath.
