Recipe written by Steven and brewed together with a good friend in the south, Pol from Interpol.Hops selected by Marie from Freestyle Hops for brewing and dry hopping. Saison is blended with a selected lambic and went on a wine barrel from Bofkont .Just Nelson sauvin. Expect some citrus flavors, that probably change after a while.

Sampled at Billies, day 2. Clear yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are very balanced fruity sour. Can't describe it more accurately but very very tasty. 7-8-9-9-9

Clear orange beer, creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, very lemony, fruity, pleasant, a little funky, brett notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lemony, juicy, good bitterness, quite some grapefruit. Aftertaste: nice, clean acidity, lemony, zesty, a little funky, brett notes, lots of lambic, earthy touch.
