Inspired by the famous Apple Pie at our venue, The Apple Shed, this Winter Cider will warm even the coldest heart. Strong in alcohol and flavour, with notes of baked apples, vanilla and a cinnamon spice finish. Skip the stout and enjoy a glass in front of a roaring fire.
This can certainly be served cold from the fridge but notice as it warms to room temperature how the flavours open up. It really is a winter warmer!

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 16/02/2026.
Moderately hazed orange to golden with a thin white cap of bubbles that soon dissipate to the edge.
Nose is apple, caramel, light funk, tannins.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, vinous, light acidic nip but all very well restrained, tannins, toffee apple.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Solid drop.

750ml wired cork bottle from Willie Smiths. Opened with a pop. Hazy orange gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, apple pie, caramel & spice hints. Taste is tangy, tart, mellow appley, with cinnamon spiced, apple pie hints, warm booze, and some vanilla, wood barrel, oaky, tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.
