An old school American Pale Ale, dry hopped with Simcoe and Centennial, with plenty of Cascade, Chinook and Citra leak during the brewery. Dry, hoppy and bitter on a clean malt base with a little intrigue from premium caramel and crystal malt.

The last of a plethora of found Christmas ales in 2025. Clear golden with a creamy head. Bland hoppy brew, looking good, but a dull hoppiness with a hint of sweets tropical fruit seemingly trying to break through.
