Our 2025 Belgian Christmas Ale embraces both the festive light and the wintery dark, with Chocolate malt and a Belgian-style fermentation combining to bring notes of cherry liqueur chocolates and coffee. Almost black in colour but light on the palate with a smooth, fruity finish; it slips down like Santa on an icy garden path.

Can from Against The Grain. Dark brown body with ruby highlights and a thin beige head that fades. No visible carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of toffee and liquorice. Flavour of soy sauce and salted caramel. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. A dark and sharp beer. It’s nice but not as sweet and deep as I hoped it would be.
