(Draft at Manifest Taproom, Berlin, 12 May 2026) Golden yellow colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Malty, spicy nose with bread, hay and herbs. Malty, spicy taste with notes of bread, spices, herbs, citrus, hay and a balanced floral/citric bitterness. More than medium body, quite dry. Refreshing and herbal saison. Nice one.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow, white head. Aroma is mild estery and citrusy hops. Mild sweetness. Light juicy. Mellow and lingering fruity. Juicy and hoppy far finish.
