A rich, malty winter bock with a festive warmth, our seasonal brew is smooth & full-bodied, offering hints of toffee, toasted rye bread, and light cocoa. Deep copper-mahogany in colour, the aroma opens with toasted bread crust, caramelized malt, and a hint of holiday spice from fermentation esters. Tettnanger hops add a gentle herbal-spicy lift: notes subtle pepper, dried hay, and a whisper of pine abound.

Can: Poured a deep amber color lager with a large white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt notes with some faint residual sugar. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt notes with some biscuit notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Great bock without breaking any new grounds.
