This Red IPA is our festive ode to Sierra Nevada's Celebration Ale. Packed with rich candy-like flavours of sweet malt alongside top notes of grapefruit and pine.

Can from Against The Grain. Hazy amber body with a thick beige head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of raspberry and toffee. Flavour of fig, pine and caramel. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is lovely - a clean and well balanced red IPA. An excellent tribute to Sierra Nevada’s Celebration Ale. I’d like to try them side by side. (Update - Three days after the first review, I did a side-by-side tasting. For me, both beers are equals. Celebration Ale is easy to drink and well rounded; Donzoko’s beer has greater bitterness.)
