Winter has well and truly arrived and we wanted to brew a more WCIPA to reflect the flavours and aromas of the season. This beer pours a slightly deeper gold than our typical WCIPA base due to a more characterful base malt and a touch of the lightest crystal malt. With hot side additions of Catalan grown Chinook and Cascade and dry hopped with Simcoe, Columbus and Mosaic to give notes of sticky pine resin, caramelised orange marmalade and pithy ruby grapefruit.
This is a richer, comforting WCIPA with a lingering hoppy finish that will please new and old school hop heads alike.

Dorée léger oscillant ver sun léger orange, col blanc-cassé crémeux.
Arôme sur un bouquet plaisant floral - pas mal de fruits confits, résine assez bien présente. Petite touche de malt en support avec un effet délicat caramel-céréales.
Palais sur une belle base classique IPA - crispy, effet 'bready', un peu côté houblonné pot-pourri, fruits à noyaux, résine, qcq notes d'agrumes - orange grivrée, avec un léger effet épicé-résine qui revient en find e bouche. Assez bien ficelée comme IPA.
