Enjoyed on draft at Goose Island Clybourn in Chicago. Aroma is of slightly spicy hops, appearance is a red ale with good head. Taste is well balanced, strong on hops and malt. This was the first of three I had and I can’t really formulate a descriptive comparison to anything else I’ve tried, so I guess it’s also big on the liquor front as well. Proudly enjoyed in a brewery that’s so appreciative of the great Hawks team of this past year!
