Enjoyed on tap at Goose Island Clybourn after biking through the city on a beautiful summer afternoon. Appearance very vibrant, glowing grapefruit hue with thin white head that rims around the glass. Aroma of fresh strawberries, banana for me doesn’t come out too much in the mix, aroma also a bit faint. Taste is pretty refreshing as I expected it would be, great on a hot summer day. It starts off somewhat bitter then the strawberries really come out along with those banana notes and a bit of clove. There is a crispness in the end along with a slightly sour finish that I would attribute to the strawberries. Glad I biked down to try this.
