Barbed Wire is a Kolsch Style Ale. Don't let the name or style scare you this beer is about as easy drinking as it gets, especially after a hard day's work. Brewed with simple traditional ingredients plus a bundle of beautifully fragrant lemongrass from our pals @big_barn_little_farm , followed by weeks at near near freezing temperatures, this beer came out clean, crisp and ready to be enjoyed.

On tap at Battery Park. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Cracker malts and stones on the nose. Flavour has cracker malts, playground pebbles, and a dust. Not great.
