Sound and fury is inspired by one of our favorite outlaw country artists. Our intentions were to create an oily, intense, West Coast monster with new favorite, New Zealand-grown Nectaron hops, alongside limey skittles-esque NZ Cascade and the almighty Mosaic (and some Mosaic Cryo too!). The resulting beer is layered with beautiful hoppy flavors of nectarine and peach flesh, zippy tangy key lime and that awesome Mosaic berry note we all know and love. This one screams on aroma and flavor. This metamodern westie is just the right kind of dream.

7.8/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 7.5 Flavor 7.5 Texture 8 Overall 8
Poured from a 16 oz can dated November 03, 2025.
Aroma is citrus forward with grapefruit pith and pine resin. Lighter notes of passion fruit, tropical citrus, and stone fruit. Light cracker malt and alcohol notes.
Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized, fairly thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and faint legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Moderately high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong grapefruit pith and pine resin notes that linger into the finish. Lighter tropical citrus, passion fruit and stone fruit notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low.astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid West Coast IPA with balanced alcohol, malt sweetness and bitterness. The malt profile is light which allows the lighter, fruitier hop notes to show up.
