Project 023.2025 Triple Dry Hopped Saturated Hoppy Ale
We brewed this one with our pals from Backcountry Brewing, in the beautiful Squamish BC. This beer is heavily, aggressively, lovingly dry-hopped with Backcountryβs selected Citra T90 and our selected Citra T90, then dry-hopped three separate times with ππ¨π₯ππ’ππ, ππ’ππ«π, and ππ¨π¬ππ’π ππ«π²π¨.
The aromatics are just wild. Like ridiculously juicy peach, soft-but-explosive mango, straight-up tropical pineapple, and bright, mouthwatering citrus punching you in the nose in the best way.
The recipe borrows bits and pieces from ππ¬ππ«π¨ ππ¨π¦ππ’ππ¬ and ππ’ππ¨π°π¦ππ€ππ«, mashed together into something we honestly didnβt expect to love this much, but here we are. Slightly shocked. Very grateful. Completely obsessed.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 15 Dec 2025). Hazy yellow with small white head. Melon and feint tropical citrus hops, slightly subdued, on the cleaner side at least. Okay. Would opt for a Widowmaker over this though.
