|| HAPPY 10TH BEERTHDAY BATTERY PARK!! ||
It's been 10 amazing years for our sister business @batterybeerbar !! We are super excited to celebrate this weekend and for the occasion we made a birthday collab.
a 4.7% Hazy/Juicy pale ale. The beer is brewed with a combination of barley, wheat and oat malts, and extra doses of hops in the whirlpool, as well as dry-hopped in the tank warm, and again when cold for layers of hop oil expression.
The mouthfeel is smooth and round with very little bitterness, letting the resin and flavour of the hops take the lead. At 4.7% the body is middle of the road - not too heavy/ not too light. Refreshing yet flavourful. For hops we used Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra and Simco. The aroma is peach and mango with a bit of herbaceousness from the dryhop.

On tap at Battery Park. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Yuzu and bright citrus on the nose, some pine. Flavour has yuzu, orange peel, some other tropicalfruit in the background. Pretty decent.
