West-coast throwback. Extra-long boil of Maris Otter and pale wort with multiple whirlpool additions of old-and-new school hops. Big body with big hop flavour and bitterness while maintaining great drinking balance.

Hazyish sort of appearance, with a dullish amber colour. On the palate, it's got mild bitterness, sort of a sticky malt. It's somewhat dull, and it's not bright. A bit of alcohol in the finish is about it.

473mL can, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has juicy stone fruits, citrusy hops, light floral notes, and bready malt. Flavour is insufficiently hopped, with dry bready malt with an English tinge, earthy hops, some citrus, and a touch of sweetness. Definitely not a west coast. It’s alright.

Poured from 473mL can. Lightly hazed orangey gold with small white head. Sticky bready malt with citrus and mild pine hops with touch of booziness. Okay.

473mL can. Pours hazy gold with a white head. A bunch of tropical fruit, citrus, and some crisp pine on the nose. Flavour has citrus peels, pine, some dank notes. Decent malt base, on the bready side. Hops are a little wonky, but not bad. Reasonable double IPA.
